Full strip-outs and plumbing rebuilds
We disconnect and remove the old bathroom's plumbing, then rough in new supply and drainage lines for the layout you want, whether that's the same footprint or a full reconfiguration.
Every rough-in is pressure-tested and signed off before the tiler or waterproofer starts, so nothing gets sealed behind a fault.
Waterproofing and drainage to code
We install floor wastes, hobs and shower drainage to Australian Standard AS3740, and sign off every waterproofing membrane before tiling covers it. That sign-off protects you if a leak shows up later.
Tapware, vanities and showerscreens fitted
We supply and install tapware, vanities, toilets and showerscreens to your chosen brand and finish, or fit the ones you've already bought. Every fixture is levelled, sealed and tested before we leave.
Hot water and gas connections sorted
Moving a hot water outlet, adding a gas point for an instant unit, or upgrading the system while the walls are open, we handle the gas fitting and hot water connections as part of the one job, under the one licence.
One plumber, start to finish
The same licensed plumber who quotes your job runs it on site, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the person doing the work.

You tell us the job

We visit and measure
A licensed plumber comes to the property, checks the existing pipework, and talks through fixture choices and any structural quirks of the house before pricing anything.
You get a fixed price in writing
The quote covers every plumbing task in the renovation: strip-out, rough-in, waterproofing sign-off, fit-off. No hourly rate, no allowance for 'if we find something'.
We schedule around your trades
We lock in dates that fit with your tiler, builder or electrician, so the plumbing rough-in and fit-off happen at the right point in the job, not whenever we're free.
We fit off and hand over
Taps, toilet, shower and hot water are tested under full pressure before we leave. The job comes with a 12-month guarantee, in writing.

Read the full FAQDo I need council approval for a bathroom renovation?
Most like-for-like bathroom renovations don't need council approval, but moving structural walls or changing the building's footprint might. We'll flag it during the site visit if your job needs a permit, and point you to who to ask.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
The plumbing stages, strip-out, rough-in and fit-off, typically add up to 3 to 5 working days spread across the project, scheduled around your tiler and builder. We'll give you exact dates once we've seen the job and agreed a start.
What's included in the fixed price?
Every plumbing task needed to get your new bathroom working: disconnecting the old fittings, rough-in for the new layout, waterproofing sign-off, and fitting tapware, toilet, shower and vanity. It's in writing before we start, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Can you work with my builder or tiler?
Yes. We schedule our rough-in and fit-off visits around the rest of your trades, so the plumbing happens at the right point in the build. Tell us who else is on the job and we'll coordinate dates with them directly.
Do you handle gas fitting if I'm adding an instant hot water unit?
Yes. We're licensed gasfitters as well as plumbers, so connecting a new gas hot water unit or a gas point in the renovated bathroom is covered under the same licence and the same job.
What if you find something unexpected once the wall is open?
We stop and talk to you before doing anything beyond what's quoted. You'll know the cost and the reason before we proceed, and most of what we find we've already allowed for after inspecting the pipework up front.
What's covered by the 12-month guarantee?
Every pipe, joint, fitting and connection we install in the renovation. If something plumbing-related needs attention within 12 months of handover, call us and we'll fix it at no extra cost.
