Gas, electric or continuous flow: which should I get?
It depends on your household size, your energy connection and your roof or wall space. We talk you through the trade-offs on site and quote the option that suits your home, not the most expensive one.
Is the callout fee charged on top of the installation?
No. The $99 callout is waived the moment we carry out the job, so if you go ahead with the replacement, the inspection and quote cost you nothing.
What does the 12-month guarantee cover?
It covers our installation workmanship for 12 months from the job date. The hot water unit itself carries its own manufacturer's warranty, which is separate and usually longer.
Do you handle the compliance paperwork?
